Tracy Morgan is a mother of three from Laurel, Mississippi who spent 25 years pursuing a career in social work. Her father owned a restaurant in Laurel where she first got a taste of the cooking world. In graduate school, Tracy took Italian cooking classes which later pushed her to travel the world and experience different cultures of food and wine. During the pandemic, she began cooking for her friends which soon turned into her becoming a “personal cook” for families in her community. She cooks a multitude of her late Lebanese grandmother’s recipes while adding her own twists as well as many of her favorite Italian dishes. Tracy is now ready to share her skills and help others learn to embrace their inner cook. Bon Viveur meaning “a person who enjoys socializing with good food and wine” represents Tracy’s love and appreciation for good company and good cuisine. She cannot wait to share this passion with the charming community of Oxford.
